When the product you have requested from us is in stock, you will normally receive it within 7 days from the date you place the order.
In the unlikely event that we do not have stock (we have several sales outlets ) we will let you know immediately if we think it will take us longer than seven working days to dispatch your items.

- Do you charge for delivery?
At DotcoMovies we believe in offering excellent value for money with NO hidden charges. The price you see on the website is the price you pay, with nothing added on for delivery. Delivery is FREE on all items, regardless of order size!
We do charge for postage via eBay, this is due to the extra costs involved
NOTE; Currently we only post to the UK & Ireland.

- Are your DVD's authentic?
We don't sell copies of any kind. All of our stock is sourced from the same official UK suppliers that the high street stores use. We do not sell DVDR's, we do not sell 'cheap Asian imports' (which are invariably copies). When you buy from DotcoMovies you can be assured that you are getting the same product that is sold in high street stores.

- If these are genuine DVD's why are they so cheap?
We are constantly negotiating with our suppliers to get you the best deal, we also keep our overheads to a minimum so we are able to pass the savings on to you.
You can contact us for more discounts should you wish to make a bulk order.

- I am purchasing a gift, can you send it direct to the person I am buying it for?
If you are purchasing an item as a gift we are happy to send the item to the person you are buying the gift for. You will need to include in your payment that the purchase is a gift and what address you would like the purchase shipped to. No prices or invoice are sent with a gift purchase.
NOTE: THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHESED FROM US AT LEAST 30 DAYS PREVIOSLY.

- I can't find what I'm looking for.
If we don't stock the item your looking for, email via the contact us form and we will do our best to source the item and get back to you within 48hrs with price and availability where possible.

- I have made a Pre-order when will it be posted ?
If you order an item before the day of its release you are placing a Pre-order. This means the item will be shipped to you as soon as it is released. We endeavour to ship the item early enough for you to receive it on the day of release, however we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

- Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, as we are a Scottish based company unlike other offshore companies, we have no restrictions on amounts sold due to customs and excise.
The minimum order value is £150 to qualify for any discounts.
Even if we don't stock the item you are looking for we may still be able to source it for you. We only ask that you are registered with DotcoMovies and have placed an order with us before.

- How do I search for a title on the website?
There are two ways you can find products on the site; by either browsing through the listings or by using the Search feature.
To browse, click on the most appropriate tab on the left of the page and then click on the most relevant link on subsequent pages until you find what you are looking for.
To search for titles, simply type in a relevant keyword in the search box on the lower right hand side, then click "Search". All products relating to your keyword will be displayed.

- Do you accept international orders?
Currently we accept orders from the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

- What are DVD classifications?
We display the classifications given to the DVDs by the British Board of Film Classifications. The BBFC is required by law to classify each video sold in the UK to ensure that viewers watch only appropriate material. - What are DVD regions?
The film studios introduced a system of "region coding" in DVDs due to concerns about piracy being promoted by differing release schedules worldwide. The United Kingdom along with most of Europe, are Region 2. DotcoMovies.co.uk only sell Region 2 DVDs and should play in all British or Irish DVD players.
